We offer newer vans, hybrid and luxury sedan options. All of our cabs are smoke-free and well maintained. Our taxis are radio dispatched.

Our taxi stand is located at 296 Stewart Street in New Glasgow, next to the Glasgow Pub and a short walk to The Rack Billiards and all other eating and entertainment venues in downtown New Glasgow.

Pre-booking is recommended but in most cases we can accommodate last-minute airport shuttle requests. We provide direct airport shuttle service from New Glasgow and all of Pictou County to Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Each of our vans can take up to 6 passengers to the airport. Let us know how many passengers will be travelling and your flight number. We can acomodate up to 18 passengers in 3 vans, travelling to wherever your destination is.

It's true! In recognition of our seniors, we offer $1 off every cab ride. And we will gladly help you into and out of our taxis should you need help. 

All of our drivers have Background Checks, Vulnerable Sector Scans, and clean Drivers Abstracts. We welcome new contracts. Our billing is timely and accurate and we can provide billing based on your requirements. 

Having a party? Let Central provide you with professional looking custom taxi chits with an expiry date and other specifics to ensure your guests get home safe. We can invoice you promptly and we can accept credit card payment over the phone after your event.
